Who we are
A fund built on shared commitment
The Generation Fund brings together diverse perspectives, experience, and energy around a common purpose: contributing to lasting social change.
The Fund is established as a philanthropic fund within the Trustbridge Foundation, a foundation domiciled in Switzerland. This structure provides a stable legal and governance framework, allowing the Fund to focus on what matters most: thoughtful, effective giving.
Its work is a collective undertaking, carried out together rather than in the name of any individual.
How we decide
Disciplined, advisory-led philanthropy
The Fund works with professional philanthropy advisors, and is guided by three ordering principles:
Strategy before selection
Priorities are set first; commitments follow from them.
Evidence before enthusiasm
What can be demonstrated carries more weight than what merely inspires.

Grants are the beginning of a relationship, not the end of one.
