This framework will be reviewed every 3-5 years.
What each cause area means
-
Education
Access to learning, skills development, and educational equity across the life course, with particular attention to learners poorly served by existing systems, whether because of disability, socioeconomic background, or displacement.
-
Health
Healthcare access, medical research, and innovative models of care for underserved populations, ranging from front-line services in Sub-Saharan Africa to oncology and infectious disease research in European institutions.
-
Economic Empowerment
Initiatives that remove barriers to economic participation and enable individuals to build sustainable livelihoods, combining practical support such as training, mentorship, and access to capital with structural work that challenges the systems keeping people marginalised.
What guides our work
Empowerment
Enabling people to act on their own behalf.
Community
Recognising that people flourish together, not alone.
Collaboration
Working with partners, advisors, and grantees as equals.
Legacy
Giving with future generations in mind.
Sharing
Committing resources, time, and attention to others.
